Can I work as usual during the detox?
Yes - most participants just combine it with work. You make juices in the morning and take them in bottles. The morning routine requires ± 90 min before the work day. Many participants are actually sharper and more productive at work during the detox week.
Isn't exercising on juice alone dangerous?
No - the juices contain plenty of protein-rich vegetables, nuts and seeds. The workouts are structured with lots of breathing techniques, stretching and yoga. More than 200 participants went before you, safely and effectively.
I have never done a detox before. Is this for me?

How much time does it take per day?
